Rigger Style Trouser Belt
Riggers are the heart of some of coolest gear out there. This belt is made with USGI parachute materials (buckles are recycled!) and will hold up your pants and all the crap you put in your pockets.
The belt is 1.75 inches wide and roughly 50 inches in length. This is meant to be CUT DOWN TO DESIRED SIZE.
For my reenactors out there, this style of belt is seen in many places throughout the 60s-90s as an upgrade to the standard USGI trouser and BDU belts.
Comes in OD Green. Made with original Milspec 4088 Type 7 webbing with vintage recycled P70 buckles by hand. Some of these buckles show wear more than others. Stitch lines may not be symmetrical and reinforcement may be excessive on some, in true rigger-shop style. Rest assured, these will fit you and your impression well.
The buckles all have dates, which cannot be seen due to the construction. They are all identical and were produced between the 1960s and 1980s. All other materials are identical.
To Trim To Size: Use a sharp pair of scissors to trim the end of the belt at either a 45 degree angle, trapezoid, or straight up and down. (Or whatever you desire!) Then, burn/melt the edge by moving a flame along it until you see the edges melt away.
