Warranty and Returns

At TGL Equipment, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because each product is made by hand, not on a production line, minor cosmetic variations may occur. These natural differences do not affect function and are not considered defects. Items that pass my quality control and perform as intended are not covered under warranty for cosmetic reasons.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All TGL Equipment products include a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic variations inherent to handcrafted items

• Any item that has been modified by the customer or a third party (modified items are automatically ineligible for warranty service)

Shipping Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for shipping the item to TGL Equipment for inspection and repair.

• TGL Equipment will cover the return shipping back to the customer once the repair is completed.

Repair Process

Items sent in under warranty will be repaired and returned in repaired condition, not replaced with a new product.

If an item is evaluated and found to be unrepairable, TGL Equipment will reach out via email to discuss available next steps or customer options.
